A video consult is a focused, one-on-one conversation where we review your symptoms and history, talk through contributing habits, and outline practical next steps you can start right away. Many “quick questions” aren’t truly quick—context matters. This format lets us listen carefully, ask smart follow-ups, and tailor guidance to you.

Consults are booked in 15-minute blocks. You can choose 1–4 blocks per session.
Each 15-minute block is $125 USD.
Examples: 15 minutes = $125 • 30 minutes = $250 • 45 minutes = $375 • 60 minutes = $500.
If it affects your comfort, confidence, or bathroom routine, we’ve likely seen it. Common topics include hemorrhoids (internal, external, thrombosed, prolapsed), anal itching, skin tags, fissures, bleeding, swelling, hygiene challenges, post-procedure concerns, and prevention plans. We’ll translate the medical stuff into plain English and prioritize simple, effective changes you can make now.
We’ll start by clarifying your main concern and goals, then review relevant history, daily habits, and triggers. You’ll receive a step-by-step plan that may include behavioral tweaks, OTC options, symptom tracking, and guidance on when in-person care or procedures make sense. You’ll leave with clear takeaways—not generic advice.

When you email the signed agreement, please include:
• The number of 15-minute blocks you want.
• Three dates and times you’re available.

Jot down your top concerns and timelines, list any medications or supplements, snap dates of any recent procedures, and—if relevant—note what worsens or relieves your symptoms. Have a glass of water, good lighting, and a quiet space. No exam is required; this is a conversation.
Video consultations are educational and advisory. We do not prescribe medications, order tests, or provide emergency care through this service. Some conditions require an in-person examination or procedure; if that’s the case, we’ll explain why and help you plan next steps. If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever, or signs of infection, seek urgent in-person care or call emergency services.
Your information is handled with care and confidentiality. We aim to create a shame-free space where you can ask anything. Clear language, zero judgment.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your time to another patient. Details about cut-off times and any fees are outlined in the consultation agreement you’ll receive.
Reply to your consultation email to request the agreement, choose your time blocks, and share three appointment options. We’ll confirm your slot, send the video link, and see you soon—so you can get answers and relief, faster.
