I truly wish more doctors would do what Dr. Chung is doing. He's trying to bring back the old-fashioned way of doctors actually helping and working with patients to solve problems. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and kind. Takes the time to listen, asks questions and imparts what he knows. Go see him if you are contemplating. Now!

Dr Chung is an amazing doctor. For a subject most don't like to talk about, he makes you feel very comfortable. He's professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything. I've actually learned a great deal from him. He's always willing to answer my questions and goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend him!

I needed emergency surgery for several prolapsed grade 4 hemorrhoids and went to seek out surgery through my Kaiser insurance. Despite my primary care physician agreeing that surgery was needed as soon as possible, they still informed that it would take at least a few weeks to get an appointment and informed me that the recovery process for a hemorrhoidectomy was extremely long and painful, and meanwhile I was in severe pain. Coming home dejected and in pain, I decided to do some research to find out detailed information about the recovery process, and through this research I stumbled along Dr. Chung's YouTube channel- Your Friendly Procologist. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and his YouTube videos were extremely helpful in learning more about the treatment and prevention of hemorrhoids, in very informative and detailed videos. I decided to give him a call and explained to him that I was in extreme pain and Kaiser did not have an appointment for a few weeks. To my surprise, Dr. Chung himself answered the phone and we spent a good amount of time discussing all the surgery options and how the recovery process would be and in the end, he made time out of his schedule to see me the very next day. I am so grateful to have found him and for his support. . Dr. Chung has excellent bedside manner and professionalism. I felt supported every step of the way through my recovery process. He would call me twice a day to check in and answer any questions that I had throughout the entire recovery process. He helped to reduced a-lot of my anxiety and thanks to his diligence and guidance there were no post-surgery complications, and recovery was a breeze thanks to him. Although is it common knowledge that this procedure is one the most painful recovery periods due to the sensitive placement of stitches, however, the pain management support from Dr. Chung ensured that my level of pain was never intolerable compared to how excruciating it was in other peoples experienced that was shared on YouTube. Dr. Chung is the most amazing surgeon for the treatment of hemorrhoids. He is one of the best surgeons that I have ever come across and will recommend him to family and friends and enthusiastically write this review and cannot say enough amazing things about him.

Dr Albert Chung is the best there us. I don’t trust doctors had a life threatening experience 11 years ago but after reading his great reviews abs his amazing very informative videos I decided to go see Dr Chung . I had some issues with skin tags and Dr Chung removed them without any problems . Dr Chung is very knowledgeable passionate Doctor . You can ask for more . He also made me feel comfortable talking about my issues ….

Dr. Chung is a phenomenal doctor, and the procedure was as painless as it can be. My personal recovery was a different matter, but Dr. Chung was there every step of the way to assist and answer any questions or concerns I had. I can now get back to living my life. Thanks Dr. Chung!

Dr. Chung is very professional and knowledgeable. I was very nervous and uncomfortable about my condition and dr. Chung was VERY patient with me. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He did not rush me at all and was very calm and nice. I am very grateful for all his help. I highly recommend him. Before I found Dr. Chung i had called a few other offices and none of the doctors would even talk to you one word on the phone. Dr. Chung is very attentive and caring. . Highly recommended.

Dr. Chung is awesome. He'll make you think you're his only patient! He had me return numerous times during the healing process to be sure everything was going smooth. He really cares about the end result. Hopefully I never have to hire him again, but if I'm cursed in the future, he's definitely getting a repeat customer.

Saw Dr. Chung in March 2022 for a second opinion after being told my only option was hemoroidectomy. Doctor Chung was able to remove my bleeding external hemoroid with an in office procedure that took about twenty minutes. Pain only lasted a day and a half and i am now fully recovered and grateful to Dr. Chung. High level of expertise and knowledge, and he's very friendly and professional too. Highly recommend Dr. Chung.
