Dr. Chung is an out of network provider.

You may be able to use your out of network benefits to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Dr. Chung will provide you with a superbill at the end of the visit with the information and codes necessary. This superbill can then be submitted to your insurance company to start the process. Please note that this will depend on your contract with the insurance company and this office cannot guarantee any results or reimbursements.

Why doesn’t Dr. Chung take insurance?

Currently, Dr. Chung does not accept insurance plans. He has found that insurance companies do not encourage doctors to take the time to listen and connect with patients. Insurance companies have been cutting costs continuously over the years and has led to changes Instead, there are long waiting times and often many questions left unanswered. He has realized this was not the reason he became a surgeon and is pioneering a new way to help patients with their problems and concerns.
